Obsessed with a record found in a thrift store, artists and record digger Chris Flanagan travels to Kingston Jamaica searching for a lost diva. He is guided by cabby "Shaggy The Movie Star" to the Palace Theatre once an elaborate open air performance space that is now abandoned. Chris searches through the overgrown ruin for any trace of the lost Reggae diva who regularly performed in this place before disappearing.
